Why is my postcard taking days?

Because that is the product. A FarNote postcard takes as long as the distance from where it was posted to the city its reader calls home — a few hours across town, up to two days for the other side of the world, and a day when FarNote does not know where they live. Nothing is broken while it is on its way, and nothing can make it arrive sooner.

I got a link. Do I need the app to read it?

No. The link opens the postcard in your browser. You need the app to send one back.

I installed the app and my postcards are not there.

Sign in with the email address the postcards were sent to. If you signed in with Apple and chose to hide your email, Apple gave us a different address — sign out, then sign in with the address the postcards were sent to, with Google or a one-time email link. Your postcards will be there.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, in the app under Me → Account, or on this page. FarNote shows what will be removed, then asks you to confirm it’s you — with Apple, Google, or a one-time email link. Postcards you already sent stay with the people who received them.

Do I need a password?

No. FarNote has no passwords. You sign in with Apple, with Google, or with a one-time link we email you — so there is nothing to forget or reset.

Someone sent me something I do not want.

Choose Report at the bottom of the postcard, or write to us about it. A report opens your email app with the postcard link attached. We review the report and decide whether to remove the card or restrict the sender.
